• Suspected fraud, scams, or phishing attempts referencing Finora AI.
• Accounts used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Impersonation of Finora AI, its staff, or its brand.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward users or staff.
• Security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to accounts.

How to submit a report

To help us act quickly, please include as much detail as you safely can:

• A clear description of the issue and why you believe it is abusive or fraudulent.
• Relevant account names, transaction references, links, or dates.
• Screenshots or other supporting evidence where available.
• Your contact details so we can follow up if needed.

What happens next

We review every report we receive and take appropriate action, which may include restricting or suspending accounts, preserving records, and cooperating with law-enforcement or regulators. We handle reports confidentially and will not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
